Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following (the “Grand Prize”): (i) one (1) home located in St. Augustine, Florida (the “HGTV® Dream Home 2024”) that is featured on the Websites (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $ 2,069,595); (ii) a credit in the amount of Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000) valid only for Grand Prize Winner’s choice of a Mercedes-Benz® brand vehicle (the “Vehicle Prize”) (ARV: $70,000), and (iii) One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) presented in the form of a check. Actual value of HGTV® Dream Home 2024 depends on market fluctuations. ARV of total Grand Prize: $ 2,239,595
In lieu of taking title to the HGTV® Dream Home 2024 (and the contents of the HGTV® Dream Home 2024), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $650,000 in cash (the “Cash Option”). If the Grand Prize Winner cannot take possession of the HGTV® Dream Home 2024 due to a force majeure event, failure of construction, or any other reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Cash Option. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $820,000 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu of the HGTV® Dream Home 2024.
