Prize (1): Trip for winner and winner’s guest to Los Angeles, CA for an opportunity to participate in the Mark Wahlberg and “Entourage” Celebrity Golf Tournament (“Tournament”). Tournament scheduled to take place on November 9, 2009. Travel dates are November 8, 2009 – November 10, 2009. Prize consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights, a $500.00 pre-loaded debit card, and the opportunity for winner and guest to golf in the Tournament. Winner and guest are responsible for providing their own golf equipment and proper attire. If winner and/or guest choose not to participate in the Tournament, winner forfeits this portion of the prize. Debit card subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. Travel, accommodations, and Tournament are subject to change and restrictions may apply. Ground transportation, meals, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility.
