The approximate retail value (ARV) for the Prize is $65. Prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitution, transfer, conversion or assignment of the Prize will be allowed, unless, at the discretion of the Sponsor, a substitute Prize of comparable or greater value is awarded because the advertised Prize is unavailable. All federal, state, local, and other taxes on the Prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
