(a) follow the entry instructions; (b) provide all of the information requested in the entry form; (c) select one of the six possible bowl games (Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, Capital One Orange Bowl, Goodyear Cotton Bowl, Allstate Sugar Bowl, the Rose Bowl presented by Northwestern Mutual or the Fiesta Bowl) (the Selected Game); (d) choose the team that Entrant is rooting for to win the Selected Game; and (e) electronically agree to these Official Rules (collectively, the Entry). Entries will be segregated based on the Selected Game designated by Entrant at the time of Entry.
Limit one (1) Entry per person.
Prizes: Prize Winners will be randomly selected from the eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Promotion prizes shall consist of two (2) tickets to the Selected Game in accordance with the following:

Maximum potential ARV of all prizes in the Giveaway is $54,310.00. All expenses incurred in connection with the use of a Prize, including, but not limited to, meals, travel expenses, parking fees, food, beverages, merchandise and souvenirs are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winners.
**Prize Winners receiving tickets to the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl and Capital One Orange Bowl will be randomly assigned tickets to the lower level, mezzanine level, or club level, as determined by Sponsor.
