Ten (10) Grand Prizes (2 for May 2025 and July 2025; 3 for June 2025 and August 2025 or see paragraph 4 below for drawing details) will be awarded. Each Grand Prize is a trip for winner and one (1) guest (who also must be 21 years of age or older) to their choice of festival (“Festival”) OR a concert (“Concert”) at a Live Nation® participating amphitheater from a provided list of Festivals/Concerts taking place in 2025. Trip consists of two (2) VIP tickets to approved Festival/Concert; roundtrip coach class air travel between winner’s residence and major commercial airport nearest location of approved Festival/Concert; one (1) double occupancy hotel accommodations near location of approved Festival/Concert. Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize trip: $6,400.00. Total Approximate Retail Value of all Grand Prizes: $64,000.00.
