1. Mobile App Method: If you do not already have the DQ® mobile application (the “App”) on your iOS or Android* device, follow the instructions to download the App. Once in the App, follow the prompts to click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons, and/or links to access the entry form for the Sweepstakes. By successfully transmitting a completed entry form during the Entry Period as directed, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes.
Email Method: To enter via email, send an email with “Dairy Queen World Series Entry” in the subject line to dqsweepsentries@mlb.com and include in the body of such email all of the following information: your full name, street address, city, state, zip code, day and evening telephone numbers (including area codes), date of birth, and the following statement: “I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Sweepstakes Official Rules.”
PRIZE: Two (2) Prizes Will Be Awarded. Each winner will receive a prize package consisting of round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest between a major U.S. airport nearest winner’s residence in the U.S. and the host city of the World Series Game (defined below) (“WS Host City”); two (2) night hotel accommodations (i.e. one (1) standard, double occupancy room) in the WS Host City at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion; two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) guest for one (1) game of the 2023 World Series at Sponsor’s sole discretion (“World Series Game”); and admission to the World Series Game pregame batting practice for each winner and their guest. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $6,500; total ARV of all prizes: $13,000.)
