Grand Prize: (1 winner) A trip for four for a 4-night/5-day stay in New York, NY which consists of: roundtrip coach-class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to New York, NY, Four nights’ standard hotel accommodations (two rooms; each double occupancy) (room rate and tax only), entry tickets for four to: a) the American Museum of Natural History, b) Central Park Zoo, and c) New York Botanical Gardens; and $1,000 cash. ARV of the Grand Prize is $7,500. Actual retail value may vary depending upon dates of travel and point of departure. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for roundtrip air travel. Grand Prize Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Travel companions (or travel companions’ parent or legal guardian if companion is a minor) must complete and return a liability release at least thirty (30) days prior to departure. Minor travel companions must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice and [n]trip must be completed by December 31, 2010[/n] or it will be forfeited. Grand Prize Winner may extend their stay at their own expense. Travel must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Travel dates subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. Taxes, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades, ground transportation, or any other expenses not specifically listed herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
