Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to New York, New York and a $1,000 shopping spree (ARV: $3,500)
Grand Prize includes: round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest to/from a major commercial airport nearest to winner’s primary residence to New York, NY (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of New York, NY), two nights double occupancy hotel accommodations (standard room and tax only), and a $1,000 shopping spree for winner only. Shopping spree will be awarded in the form of a Gift Certificate from a retailer of the Sponsor’s choice. Gift Certificate is subject to Gift Certificate terms and conditions. Grand Prize does not include: ground transportation, meals, hotel incidentals, gratuities, service charges or any other expenses not specified herein, all of which are the responsibility of the winner. Actual value of trip depends on location of winner and airfares at time of booking. If actual value of trip is lower than ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent of choice. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner (or guest) cannot travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or guest. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winner’s guest must be 18 years or older unless winner is a parent or legal guardian of a traveling minor. Winner’s guest (or guest’s parent or legal guardian if guest is a minor) must complete and return a Liability and Publicity Release prior to travel. A parent or legal guardian must accompany winner on trip if winner is a minor.
