Prizes. One (1) Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will have the option of selecting either: (Option A) a one year subscription to Lyric; or (Option B) the cash equivalent. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $3,300. Option A (Lyric subscription) may require an examination or consultation and is not appropriate for everyone. Grand Prize Winner should see his/her ear, nose and throat physician, audiologist or hearing aid dispenser to determine if Lyric is right for him/her. Costs and fess associated with any examination or consultation (if any) are not included in Grand Prize. Lyric hearing device may be redeemed at any hearing facility that offers such devices.
