Prize, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): There will be one (1) prize (the “Prize”) awarded consisting of: 1) A trip for Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to Summerslam 2009 (the “Trip”). The Trip will include: Two (2) tickets to Summerslam 2009 (the “Event”) scheduled to take place at the STAPLES Center, 1111 S. Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, California, 90015 for
August 23, 2009; round-trip, commercial coach-class air transportation for Winner and his/her Guest from the airport near the Winner’s residence to an airport near the location of the Event (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for three (3) nights at a hotel near the Event (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); 2) Four hundred dollars ($400) spending money for Winner
awarded in the form of a traveler’s cheque(s) (or another form as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); and 3) One (1) Summerslam 2009 prize pack (the “Prize Pack”) consisting of WWE merchandise selected by Sponsors at their sole discretion. The ARV of the Trip is $2700 US Dollars (Two Thousand Seven Hundred US Dollars). The ARV of the Prize Pack is $100 US
Dollars (One Hundred Dollars). The ARV of the entire Prize is $2800 (Two Thousand Eight Hundred US Dollars).
