SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (3) (1 PER MONTHLY PERIOD): A 2012 Chevrolet Sonic (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price not to exceed $20,000).
Each winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with acceptance and use of the Award not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, all income, federal, state and local taxes, as well as insurance and registration fees, delivery charges, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, additions or equipment. Except for the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, a copy of which will be supplied with the vehicle, Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is Sponsor responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle, including but not limited to its quality, fitness for a particular purpose or mechanical condition. Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance to take delivery, and the color, options, package, accessories, and other specifics of the vehicle will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners must take delivery of vehicle at the dealership chosen by the Award Recipient, subject to Sponsor’s approval. Award Recipients must take delivery of vehicle within thirty (30) days of notification that dealership has received the vehicle. Each winner will be issued an IRS 1099. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Administrator’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to change product specifications at any time without incurring any obligations. Award Recipient is not eligible for any cash back or rebate which may be available on the vehicle at time of delivery. Award value is an approximation. Any difference between the approximate value and the actual cost of the Award will not be awarded. Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes: $60,000.
