Prize: (1 winner) A 4-day/3-night trip to New York City for Winner and one guest. The trip includes airfare for Winner and Guest to and from the airport nearest to Winner’s residence at the time of entry (as determined by Glam) to New York City and transportation to and from airport, one hotel room for two people for 3-nights at a New York City (Manhattan) hotel selected and booked by Glam, and $350 per day for 4-days for meals and entertainment. Winner and Guest must travel together on same itinerary and must stay in same hotel room. All arrangements, including booking of plane tickets and hotel, will be coordinated through Glam and must be scheduled and completed no later than September 19, 2009. All bookings are subject to availability, blackout dates, and other restrictions. All expenses not included in the Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. If a Guest is a minor, Guest must provide written consent of a parent or legal guardian (unless such Guest is the child of Winner). Approximate retail value: $4,750 (depending on Winner’s location). Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor (as defined below) reserves right to substitute prize of equal or greater value
