PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to winner (“Winner”).Prize will consist of the following:a trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to London, England to attend the Closing Ceremony of the London Olympics scheduled to take place on August 12, 2012 at approximately 7:00 PM BST (the “Event”) (collectively, “Trip”).Trip includesi) round-trip commercial coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major U.S.gateway airport near Winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion, to a major gateway airport in or near London, England leaving on August 10, 2012 and returning on August 13, 2012, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; (ii) four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations in a London metropolitan area hotel (standard room/double occupancy) (“Hotel”).
