Prizes: There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner is awarded:
• roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) (the winner and one (1) “Guest”) to New York from a major commercial (or international) airport selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
• private limousine transfer to/from airport and hotel for winner and Guest;
• three (3) nights hotel stay for two (2), double occupancy at a 4-star or higher hotel;
• sunset champagne helicopter tour for two (2) over New York City; and
• one (1) dinner gift certificate for Jean-Georges restaurant in the amount of $300 USD.
Substitutions by winners are not permitted. All decisions by Sponsor as to prize winner and prizes are final. Approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes: Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine United States Dollars ($4,999 USD).
