PRIZES:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize is a trip for Grand Prize Winner (hereinafter, “Winner”) and one (1) guest (hereinafter, “Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA on dates to be designated by Sponsor in 2013. The Grand Prize trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation between major airport nearest Winner’s home and Los Angeles, CA for Winner and Guest (airline carrier to be designated by Sponsor), two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room, standard double occupancy accommodations) at a Sponsor specified hotel in Los Angeles, CA, admission for Winner and Guest to tour Gardein’s Tasting Kitchen with Chef Jet Tila, lunch for Winner and Guest, one (1) dinner for Winner and Guest as a guest of Chef Tal Ronnen at Crossroads Kitchen and one (1) tour for Winner and Guest to visit a designated number of food and site destinations in the Los Angeles area with cookbook author Carolyn Scott-Hamilton and a year’s supply of Gardein products. The ARV of Grand Prize: $4,000.
In the event the Grand Prize is not available, a cash substitution in the amount of $4,000 will be provided to the Grand Prize Winner. In the event the Grand Prize Winner resides within a 180 mile radius of Los Angeles, CA, the air transportation portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and Sponsor will provide ground transportation between the Grand Prize Winner’s home and Los Angeles, CA.
FOUR (4) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize consists of one month’s supply of Gardein products. ARV of each First Prize: $40. Total ARV of all Prizes: $4,160.
