Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will be selected (“Grand Prize Winner”). The Grand Prize Winner will receive an all-expense paid trip for two (2) to the LisaRaye VIP Launch Event taking place on April 6, 2010 consisting of: (a) two (2) round-trip, economy airfare tickets (departing on April 5, 2010 from the metropolitan airport nearest to the Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence and returning on April 7, 2010 to the metropolitan airport nearest to the Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence); (b) two (2) nights hotel accommodation on April 5 and 6, 2010 [three (3) star or higher]; (c) one (1) mid-size rental car for two (2) days (the primary renter must be 25 years or older and hold a major credit card and valid driver’s license in the same name); and (d) two (2) passes to the LisaRaye VIP Launch Event (“Grand Prize”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,057.
