Prize: (1 winner) 5-day/4-night Luxury Included stay for two adults in one standard hotel room (double occupancy) at any Sandals Resorts located in Jamaica, St. Lucia, Antigua and the Bahamas. The approximate retail value of the prize is $2,500, depending on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based on fluctuations in price for accommodations. Airfare, ground transportation, meals outside the resort, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Trip may be subject to certain other restrictions, including without limitation blackout dates. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure. Sandals Resorts is a Luxury Included® resort destination. Therefore the provided prize(s) will include deluxe accommodations, all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, gratuities, and transfers to and from the designated airport.
* Red Lane Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Sandals Specialty Shops are not included.
* Prize(s) must be redeemed for travel within one year from the promotion end date (August 17, 2009 – August 17, 2010) and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the prize has expired.
* Reservations will not be confirmed until 30 days prior to the selected travel date.
* A processing fee of $25.00 per room, per night double occupancy will apply to each prize. Payment by either credit card or check is to be made upon receiving hotel confirmation, or the reservation will be canceled.
* Confirmation of travel dates will only be provided 30 days prior to the departure date.
* Sandals Resorts reserves the right to relocate any confirmed prizewinner from their resort of choice to an alternate resort within our chain based upon availability of space for the secured travel dates.
