PRIZES:
One (1) winner will receive a grand prize of one (1) full size bottle of Clinique Smart,
valued at $59.50, and four (4) Clinique gift cards totaling $1,000 in value over one
calendar year (the “Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize will be awarded via Clinique Gratis
in the amount of $250 per quarter, to be delivered September 1, 2014, November 1,
2014, February 1, 2015 and May 1, 2015. One hundred (100) runner-up winners will each
receive a full size bottle of Clinique Smart. Approximate retail value of all prizes to be
