Winner and their guests must have a current, verifiable USGA handicap index of 24 or lower.
Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Trip for three (winner and two guests) to San Diego, California to play one round (18 holes) of golf with Phil Mickelson. The trip package includes round trip coach-class air transportation for three from the major airport nearest to winner’s primary residence to San Diego, California; one round (18 holes) of golf at a San Diego County golf course of Sponsor’s choice with professional golfer, Phil Mickelson; two nights hotel accommodations in the vicinity of the golf course where the round of golf will be played (triple occupancy); ground transportation to and from hotel, golf course and airport in San Diego (does not include transportation to and from airport nearest to winner’s primary residence). Winner and guests must travel on the day prior to the scheduled round of golf or forfeit the prize. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one days prior to departure, and is subject to availability of Phil Mickelson’s schedule. Trip must be taken by December 31, 2010 or prize will be forfeited… Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $4500.
