Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two (winner and guest, age 18 or older) to Conneticut to see Sugarland perform on September 19, 2008 at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods in Ledyard, CT. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for two from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Ledyard, CT. 2-night standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one room) (as determined by Sponsor), two tickets to attend the concert (as determined by Sponsor). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000. Value of trip may vary depending on location of winner’s residence. Certain travel restrictions may apply. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of Ledyard, CT ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. If winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, winner may be disqualified & an alternate winner selected. If the concert is cancelled, winner will receive trip less tickets to the performance and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner. If the concert is postponed, winner’s trip will be re-scheduled for the date in which concert will take place. Winner is responsible for federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein, including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals and gratuities, not specified herein
