PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded and two (2) Runner-up prizes. Grand Prize is a CD and Tee signed by White Tie Affair band members and a $100.00 Wet Seal gift card. Runner-up Prize is a CD signed by White Tie Affair band members and a $50.00 Wet Seal gift card. All federal, state, local and any other taxes are the responsibility of the Winner. If necessary due to unavailability of the Grand Prize or Runner-up Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are provided by The Wet Seal, Inc.
