Prize: (1 winner) A trip for one to New York City to meet Ryan Leslie. Grand Prize includes: One round-trip coach air transportation from a major commercial gateway airport nearest Winner’s residence within the United States to New York, NY; 2-nights of hotel accommodations at a luxury hotel in New York, NY selected at the Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion; roundtrip ground transportation transfers to and from airport and hotel; roundtrip ground transportation transfers to and from the hotel to Ryan Leslie’s recording studio; and one meet-up session with Ryan Leslie at Ryan Leslie’s recording studio. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $1,500.00. Total ARV may vary depending on time of booking and place of departure. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation depending on winners’ proximity to New York City. Should ground transportation be substituted for air transportation, the difference in prize value, if any, will not be awarded. Prize does not include meals, gratuities, ground transportation to and from winner’s residence and the airport, or any other expenses not specifically listed herein, and such expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Travel dates and accommodations subject to availability and scheduling; certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Prize package has no cash redemption value. All travel must be taken on dates to be specified by Sponsors at the time of winner notification (currently expected to be between April 15th, 2010 and June 15th, 2010) or prize will be forfeited and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Winner’s participation in any or all activities in connection with the Grand Prize is voluntary. In the event that Winner elects not to participate in any or all designated activities for the Grand Prize, winner will be afforded no additional compensation in exchange. Winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents. ANY FEDERAL AND STATE TAXES FOR THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsors. If prize, or any portion of a prize is unavailable, Sponsors reserve the right to substitute that prize or portion of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
