Grand Prize (1): A trip for winner and a guest to Edinburgh, Scotland. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Edinburgh, Scotland, four (4) days and three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy), $125 per diem for winner and guest, a tour of the Glenlivet Distillery, and two (2) rounds of golf (one for winner and one for guest). Golf course is subject to availability and will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000. Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Travel must be booked forty-five (45) days prior to departure and completed by December 15, 2010 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel, including passports and visas. Guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Travel is subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. Winner and guest must comply with all tour and golf course rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion(s) of prize. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide any activity included in the prize due to cancellation, delays or postponement or for any other reason, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner.
First Prize (5): A Glenlivet branded golf bag. ARV: $125 each.
Second Prize (25): Two (2) Glenlivet branded whiskey glasses. ARV: $10 each.
General Prize Conditions: Total ARV of all prizes: $5,875.
