GRAND PRIZE*: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following “Grand Prize”:
Round-trip coach-class air transportation to Miami, FL for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) eligible guest from a major airport of Sixthman’s choice near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a major airport near Miami, FL of Sixthman’s choice. Sixthman reserves the right to substitute air transportation for ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 150-mile radius of Miami, FL and no additional compensation will be provided.
One (1) cabin to be shared between Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) eligible guest on board the 2012 KISS Kruise II (the “Cruise”). Cabins are nontransferable. Cabins are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Sixthman will pre-pay port taxes and ticketing fees.
General admission for Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) eligible guest to all other onboard Cruise concerts as well as all onboard meals, entrance to the Cruise ship’s casino and disco, use of Cruise ship’s pools and waterslides, and use of Cruise ship’s health and fitness center.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is up to $4,900.00
