PRIZES: One Grand Prize winner will receive the following Grand Prize: (1) two (2) VIP tickets for the winner and a guest to attend a studio broadcast of Jimmy Kimmel Live (the “Show”) during the week of April 5th, 2010 (Show to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion); (2) two (2) passes entitling the winner and guest to greenroom access at the Show; (3) dinner for the winner and guest at a restaurant of the winner’s choice in Hollywood, CA (maximum value $200), (4) an Oscars Luxury Suite Gift Bag (approximate retail value $300), (5) a $200 JCPenney gift card to purchase JCPenney outfits for the winner and guest; and (6) photos of the winner and guest in JCPenney outfits and blog post of their personal experience at the Show on Celebuzz.com. In addition four (4) Runner-Up winners will receive one (1) $50 JCPenney gift card. Total Approximate Retail Value for all prizes: $2,700.00.
