PRIZE. (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to Miami, FL (a “Destination”) from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) five (5) nights Ocean View Cabin for two (2) on the Carnival Destiny (which includes all meals and snacks, coffee, tea, iced tea and juices, 24-hour room service and pizzeria, full use of ship facilities: three pools, whirlpools, fitness center, salon, spa, casino, library, duty-free shopping and all Carnival events), and all port charges, government taxes and gratuities (collectively, the “Cruise”); (c) two sets of private event passes for each of the following events (each, an “Event”), including the “Meet Rick Springfield & Friends” Welcome Cocktail Party, full concerts with Rick Springfield, an intimate Unplugged show with Rick Springfield, a Question & Answer Session with Rick Springfield and special guests, all special events with cruise Special Guests, the Farewell Cocktail Party, and (d) one (1) gift bag with cruise event souvenirs from various cruise Events.
