2009 MLB® ALL-STAR GAME® PRIZE: One (1) MLB® All-Star Game® Prize will be awarded consisting of a trip for two (2) to the 2009 MLB® All-Star Game® exhibition currently scheduled to be held on July 14, 2009 at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, MO (the “MLB® All-Star Game® Prize”). MLB® All Star Game® Prize includes: two (2) tickets to the 2009 MLB® All-Star Game® exhibition (seat location(s) at the game shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), two (2) tickets to the 2009 State Farm® Home Run Derby® (seat location(s) at the game shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), round-trip coach air transportation from an airport near winner’s home within the U.S. (airport and carrier selected by Sponsor), one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for three (3) nights, and $250 spending money. Est. retail value $4,350, depending upon winner’s point of travel origin. If winner resides within 100 miles of destination city, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All costs and expenses associated with MLB® All-Star Game® Prize acceptance and use not specifically mentioned herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, luggage fees, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the MLB® All-Star Game® Prize are solely the responsibility of MLB® All-Star Game® Prize winner. The MLB® All-Star Game® Prize does not include tickets to All-Star Sunday™, MLB All-Star FanFest™ or any other game, event or exhibition during the 2009 Major League Baseball® All-Star Week™ other than as specifically set forth herein. All travel must be taken on dates specified; no alternative travel dates are available. All travel subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner’s companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Winner’s guest will also be required to sign and return a travel release before any travel occurs.
