PRIZES: The following prizes are available to be won in the Sweepstakes:
Aerie Bras For a Year – 100 Aerie Bras For a Year prizes available. Each prize consists of Aerie bras for a year awarded as twelve (12) coupons for a free bra, valid for one (1) bra each month in-store or online from September 2014 – August 2015. Coupons will be subject to expiration and terms & conditions. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Aerie Bras For a Year prize is $500 USD (approximately $536.50 CAD).
iPad Mini Tablet* – 50 iPad Mini Tablet prizes available. Each prize consists of a 16 GB Wi-Fi iPad Mini Tablet* selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor. ARV of each prize is $299 USD (approximately $320.85 CAD).
Grand Prize Mini Cooper* – 1 Grand Prize Mini Cooper available. Grand Prize consists of a base model Mini Cooper with an ARV of $29,605 USD (approximately $31,800 CAD) plus a check in the amount of $3,000 USD (approximately $3,240.35 CAD).
The Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment, as specified by Mini Cooper. Color, package, factory options and other specifics to be determined exclusively by Sponsor. Note: All costs and expenses, including, but not limited to federal, state and local tax liabilities, Vehicle registration fees, licensing and insurance are the responsibility of the applicable prize winners. Grand Prize winner must be a licensed driver and must present a current valid U.S. or Canadian driver’s license and proof of appropriate (as determined by Sponsor) automobile insurance (as required by law) prior to taking possession of the Vehicle; failure to show same may result in forfeiture of the prize. Vehicle will be delivered at Sponsor’s expense to Grand Prize winner’s residence (or other location as may be determined Sponsor)
within sixty (60) days of Grand Prize winner correctly returning all required documents. Other than delivery costs associated with delivery of the Vehicle itself (which shall be Sponsor’s responsibility), all travel and transportation costs
associated with collecting the Vehicle will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner shall be required personally to accept delivery of his or her Vehicle at a time and place specified by Sponsor.
Total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $97,555 USD
