Prize: (1 winner) 3-nights lodging for four people (single room, quadruple occupancy); one breakfast for four; one dinner for four; a 1-hour guided horseback ride for four from Skyland Stable; choice of canoe or tubing trip on the Shenandoah River for four; admission for four to Luray Caverns; admission for four to the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley; one scavenger hike adventure interactive guide book; four round-trip coach tickets from major airport nearest winner’s residence on AirTran Airways to Dulles International Airport; and a rental car for four days. Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $3,541. Virginia Tourism Corporation shall cover cost of prize package. Hotel accommodations at Sponsor’s discretion, accommodations subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply. All travelers must possess valid travel documents. Winner must contact Virginia Tourism Corporation within one month of notification of winning to begin trip planning and must travel between August 1, 2010, and November 20, 2010 (excluding weekends in October), or between April 2, 2011, and September 30, 2011. All dates subject to availability. Skyland Resort is closed from late November through March. Shenandoah River canoe/tubing trip is seasonal and may not be available when winner travels. The sweepstakes is not open to employees or immediate family members of the Virginia Tourism Corporation, participating travel partners, Virginia Economic Development Partnership, Virginia Tourism Corporation’s board members or their immediate family, and Virginia Economic Development Partnership’s board members or their immediate family. Once scheduled, the itinerary cannot be altered. Winner will be notified via phone, e-mail, or postal mail, at Sponsor’s discretion, on or about May 15, 2010. Driver of the rental car must be at least twenty-six (26) years old. All rental car insurance fees are the responsibility of the winner
