PRIZE
a) One (1) Grand Prize shall be provided by Live Nation. Grand Prize shall consist of a flyaway trip to Los Angeles to see Chelsea Handler. Trip includes round-trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport selected at the discretion of the Administrator or its designee near the Grand Prize Winner’s home within the U.S. to Los Angeles, CA departing on or about April 29, 2010 and returning on or about May 1, 2010; one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights / three (3) days; Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($500.00) for ground transportation expenses and spending money; two (2) tickets to Chelsea Lately taping on April 29, 2010; two (2) tickets to the Chelsea Handler performance at Gibson Amphitheater on April 30, 2010 at 8pm; one (1) autographed copy of Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is: Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($2,400.00),
