(1) Winner will receive (a) an Orange County Choppers manufactured production model known by the model name “The Web Bike” which will signed by Paul Teutul Sr., Paul Teutul Jr., and Mikey Teutul and has an engraving in a certain piece of the motorcycle that says QVC Inaugural Show October 9, 2008 on it and (b) $10,000 in cash.** Residents of California are legally prohibited from receiving and/or registering the motorcycle portion of the prize within the State of California for, among other reasons the regulations of the State of California Air Resources Board (CARB). As such, if Winner is a legal resident of California, Winner shall be required to receive and register the motorcycle in an alternate state.
