Great Newegg Gift-Away Holiday Wish List Sweepstakes

How to Enter. To enter, you must do each of the following:
a. Visit one or more of the following sites: www.twitter.com/newegghotdeals, www.youtube.com/newegg, www.myspace.com/newegg, www.eggxpert.com, and www.newegg.com (each a “Website” and collectively, the “Websites”); and
b. Post your wish list, using the instructions on the Website, of item(s) currently offered for sale at www.newegg.com which you’d like to receive this holiday season (a “Wish List”).
i. On www.twitter.com/newegghotdeals, @newegg what your Wish List is. Be sure to add “#newegggift” somewhere in your tweet.
ii. On www.youtube.com/newegg, load a short video of your Wish List as a video response.
iii. On www.myspace.com/newegg, post your Wish List as a comment.
iv. On www.eggxpert.com, post your Wish List as a reply to the thread.

v. On www.newegg.com, create a Wish List through the “wish list” function. You must click on “make public” in order for the Wish List created on www.newegg.com to eligible for the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes may make only one (1) Entry per Website during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prizes:
a. The prizes for this Sweepstakes shall be as follows:
There shall be five (5) grand prizes (each a “Grand Prize”), and each Grand Prize winner will receive the items on his or her Wish List, up to a maximum value of $1,000.00. The fulfillment of a Grand Prize winner’s Wish List shall be subject to the following conditions: (i) if every item listed on a winner’s Wish List each has an approximate retail value (“APV”) of at least $1,000.00, then the winner will receive a Newegg Gift Card with a face value of $1,000.00; (ii) if the items listed on a winner’s Wish List have a combined APV of at least $1,000.00, but if at least one item on that Wish List has an APV of less than $1,000.00, then Sponsor may award part of that winner’s prize in the form of item(s) on the Wish List having an APV of less than $1,000.00 and part of the prize in the form of a Newegg Gift Card so as to reach the $1,000.00 maximum value; and (iii) if the item(s) listed on a winner’s Wish List have a combined APV of less than $1,000.00, the winner shall receive only the items listed on that Wish List and shall not be entitled to any additional prize.
There shall be ten (10) first prizes (each a “First Prize”), and each First Prize winner will receive the items on his or her Wish List, up to a maximum value of $500.00. The fulfillment of a First Prize winner’s Wish List shall be subject to the following conditions: (i) if every item listed on a winner’s Wish List each has an approximate retail value (“APV”) of at least $500.00, then the winner will receive a Newegg Gift Card with a face value of $500.00; (ii) if the items listed on a winner’s Wish List have a combined APV of at least $500.00, but if at least one item on that Wish List has an APV of less than $500.00, then Sponsor may award part of that winner’s prize in the form of item(s) on the Wish List having an APV of less than $500.00 and part of the prize in the form of a Newegg Gift Card so as to reach the $500.00 maximum value; and (iii) if the item(s) listed on a winner’s Wish List have a combined APV of less than $500.00, the winner shall receive only the items listed on that Wish List and shall not be entitled to any additional prize.
There shall be twenty (20) second prizes (each a “Second Prize”), and each Second Prize winner will receive the items on his or her Wish List, up to a maximum value of $250.00. The fulfillment of a Second Prize winner’s Wish List shall be subject to the following conditions: (i) if every item listed on a winner’s Wish List each has an approximate retail value (“APV”) of at least $250.00, then the winner will receive a Newegg Gift Card with a face value of $250.00; (ii) if the items listed on a winner’s Wish List have a combined APV of at least $250.00, but if at least one item on that Wish List has an APV of less than $250.00, then Sponsor may award part of that winner’s prize in the form of item(s) on the Wish List having an APV of less than $250.00 and part of the prize in the form of a Newegg Gift Card so as to reach the $250.00 maximum value; and
(iii) if the item(s) listed on a winner’s Wish List have a combined APV of less than $250.00
The total approximate retail value of all prizes offered through these Sweepstakes is USD $15,000.00.

It was a little difficult setting up a wishlist, saving it in the right spot, then making it a public wishlist. took me 1/2 hour to get it all signed up and straight.
