Grand Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for 4 to a winner-selected, Sponsor-approved Great Wolf Lodge resort, consisting of the following elements for the Group: Resort accommodations consisting of a Family Suite, including two queen beds and a semi-private living area with a full size sofa sleeper and featuring a private patio or balcony, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, 27″ television with pay per view movies, pay Nintendo Game Cube and wireless internet; if winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the Resort, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence and a Sponsor-selected major airport near the Resort; passes to the Resort waterpark and airport/Resort transfers. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: transportation to the Resort if a winner resides two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the Resort, round-trip transportation between the winner’s residence and any airport of origin, alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, Resort activities, souvenirs and telephone calls. Airline carrier and Resort regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor’s approval and Trip must be completed by September 1, 2010. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,500, which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares
Second Prize: (4 winners) 2-night for Group at a winner-selected,Sponsor-approved Great Wolf Lodge Resort, consisting of the following elements for the Group: Resort Accommodations and passes to the Resort waterpark. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: transportation to the Resort from the winner’s residence, alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs, Resort activities and telephone calls.
