25 potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 10, 2012. If a Potential Winner entered as a result of a referral (as described above), the referrer (“Referral Winner”) will also potentially win a matching prize. No referrer prizes will be awarded for Potential Winners who were not referred.
Each of the Winners will receive one coupon code, redeemable for a single product, including all applicable shipping or service fees and taxes) specified on Sponsor’s cobranded website www.ftd.com/facebookpromotion. Alternatively, in lieu of redeeming the coupon code for the Specified Product, the Winner may elect to apply the face value of the coupon code of $90 as a credit towards the total merchandise price (plus applicable service fees and taxes) of another product shown on the Co-branded Site at the time of redemption of the coupon code. The coupon code can only be redeemed from the prize selection email sent by Sponsor to each winner, which email will include an exclusive link to the Co-branded Site from the FTD Flowers page on Facebook.com. Limit one prize per person or household. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $90 ARV per Prize. Total ARV of all Prizes: Up to $4,500.
