Prize: (1 winner) A prize package for two, including roundtrip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home to Los Angeles (location subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion), two nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one room); transportation to/from event to attend the Ladies’ Home Journal Soccer Mom movie premiere and party on September 25, 2008 (date subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion); winner and guest will also receive expert hair and makeup styling prior to the event. Total ARV $3,400. All other expenses not listed including but not limited to meals, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, etc., are the responsibility of the winner. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or mail on or about August 8, 2008. Winner must be able to travel on dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited and randomly awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value if prize (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. Sponsor will determine all elements of prizing in its sole discretion. Prize may not be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor disclaims all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third-party product or service accepted by the winner. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules.
