Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for two (2) people (winner and one (1) guest) to the Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE in New York, New York taking place between October 11, 2012 and October 14, 2012. Grand prize includes:
- round-trip air transportation for two (2) people from a major airport near the winner’s home to New York, New York (airport, carrier and itinerary selected by Sponsor);
- one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for three (3) nights, arriving on October 11, 2012 and leaving on October 14, 2012;
- daily breakfast for two (2) on October 12-14, 2012;
- two (2) tickets to predetermined Festival events on October 11-14, 2012;
- lunch with Gail Simmons subject to availability;
- ground transportation to and from destination airport, hotel, Festival; and
- $500 spending money (to be awarded in the form of a prepaid gift card).
Estimated retail value (“ERV”) $7000, depending upon winner’s point of travel origin. If the winner lives within a 150-mile radius of New York, NY, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute airfare with ground transportation in its sole discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the prize winner and their guest. All travel must be taken on dates specified; no alterative travel dates available. All travel subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Travel guest must be 21 years or older. Travel guest will also be required to sign and return a travel release before any travel occurs. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancelled, delayed or rescheduled events.
First Prize: Twenty (20) First Prizes will be awarded each consisting of a $300 Gift Certificate to a premium houseware retailer as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ERV $300.
Second Prize: Thirty (30) Second Prizes will be awarded each consisting of a hardcover edition of Talking with My Mouth Full by Gail Simmons and a one-year subscription to Food & Wine Magazine. ERV $75.
