PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: $10,000 Green Home Makeover consisting of a check made payable to winner in the amount of $10,000 and home design consultation services of a green coach, expert who will conduct eco-friendly evaluation of winner’s home and make eco-friendly changes within $10,000 budget, at a time and date mutually agreed upon by winner and green coach at the winner’s home. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $11,000. ARV of the consultation is $1,000. If winner declines the consultation, he/she will receive only the $10,000 check.
