PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING:
One (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”):
- Two (2) VIP tickets to see “RUSH” LIVE for each of two shows in Los Angeles area on November 17, 2012 at the Honda Center and November 19, 2012 at the Gibson Amphitheater (for Grand Prize Winner and one eligible Guest) (ARV: $300) (the “RUSH Concerts”).
- Two (2) Tickets for a VIP Experience to attend the induction of RUSH to Guitar Center’s RockWalk in Hollywood on November 18, 2012 (the “RockWalk Induction”). There is no value associated with the RockWalk Induction and is subject to member availability.
- One (1) trip for two (2) (the Winner and one eligible “Guest”) to Los Angeles, to see the RUSH Concerts, and the RockWalk Induction (the “Los Angeles Trip”). The Los Angeles Trip includes round trip coach airfare for two (from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence within the United States), hotel (3 day/2 night – double occupancy), car service to and from the local airport (Total Travel ARV: $2,000), Actual value of the Hollywood Trip will vary depending on point of departure. Dates and other specifics of all travel are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

- $500 Spending Cash (AVR: $500)
- The opportunity to play, as the “eligible contestant” the “$1,000,000 Dice Roll”
The additional rules applicable to the $1,000,000 Dice Roll, are found below and describe how and under what terms and conditions the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner may win the Dice Roll Grand Prize and/or a Dice Roll Bonus Prize by playing. Dice Roll Grand Prize is an annuity that totals $1,000,000 paid out in annual installments of $25,000 over 40 years (ARV: $490,000).
Total ARV of the Grand Prize (Excluding the Dice Roll Grand Prize): $3,800
Total ARV of the contingent Dice Roll Grand Prize: $490,000
Prize Awards & Delivery: In the event of a successful dice roll attempt, the eligible contestant will be awarded the grand prize subject to approval and verification of compliance with these official rules. The Dice Roll Grand Prize is: $1,000,000 40-year annuity. If awarded, Dice Roll Grand Prize will be payable in (40) equal annual installments of $25,000 Cash, without interest, on or about the anniversary date of the winning attempt. The first installment will be awarded approximately 2 to 4 weeks following verification and approval of all required contest information.
A maximum (1) Dice Roll Grand Prize will be awarded. In the event there is no grand prize winning attempt, then the Dice Roll Grand Prize will not be awarded.
Dice Roll Bonus Prize: In the event that the eligible contestant does not successfully complete the grand prize dice roll contest requirements, then the sponsor shall award the eligible contestant $500 for each winning side that lands face up for each of their (5) dice roll attempts. Maximum bonus prize value: $7,500.
