One (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip to New York City, New York. Trip includes: Round trip coach airfare for 4 (the Grand Prize winner and 3 travel companions) between the major gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize winner’s residence (airport of origin) (selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and a New York City Metropolitan airport, as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and three (3) nights Hotel accommodations at a New York City Hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (standard room, quad occupancy); one (1) USD $1,000 Disney Store Bonus Shopping Card to be used during shopping spree, a Disney Store Shopping Spree with a personal shopper concierge, a private meet and greet with Cinderella at the Disney Store location in Times Square and round-trip limo transportation from the hotel to the Disney Store location in Times Square for the shopping spree (collectively, the “Grand Prize Trip”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: USD $3,900/CAD $4,000. ARV may vary from actual value, depending on date and point of departure. Any difference between stated and actual value shall not be awarded. If the Grand Prize winner resides within 250 miles of New York City, New York ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and any difference in value shall not be awarded. All expenses not specifically mentioned in these Rules are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the winner’s residence and any airport of origin, alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Flights and accommodations will be issued as one Delta Vacations trip certificate valued at up to USD $2300.
The Grand Prize Trip may only be awarded to a winner who is not a Minor. In the event the selected potential Grand Prize winner is a Minor the Grand Prize will be awarded to his/her parent or legal guardian for benefit of the Minor. Travel companions must be 18 or the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, unless the child or legal ward of the Grand Prize winner.
The Grand Prize Trip is non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets and hotel certificates issued in conjunction with this promotion have zero cash value. Delta Vacations® will provide air transportation via Delta Air Lines from any city in the U.S. 50 or Canada. Travel is permitted on DL designated flights operated by Delta Air Lines®, KLM®, Compass®, Pinnacle®, KLM City Hopper®, ASA®, Freedom®, Comair®, SkyWest®, Chautauqua®, or Shuttle America®. Travel via other DL designated affiliated partner flights is not permitted. The winner and guests shall be responsible for travel to and from the airport served by such flights from their residence to airport. Ground transport to and from the New York City Hotel and New York City metropolitan area airport is provided. Canadian residents are responsible for passports or any other documentation involved in travel to the United States and must have no impediment to entering the United States. The Grand Prize Trip will be scheduled to be taken at mutually agreeable dates between the Grand Prize Winner and the Sponsor, however the Grand Prize Winner must book Grand Prize Trip by August 31, 2013 and commence travel by September 30, 2013. Travel is not permitted on the following dates: 2012: December 18 – 31; 2013: March 10 – 31. Not valid with previously purchased trips. Grand Prize Trip may not be combined with any other coupon, certificates, discount, bonus, infant fare, upgrade, SkyMiles® Air Travel Award or promotional offers/tickets. Air Tickets are not valid with Miscellaneous Charge Orders or Prepaid tickets. Air Tickets are non-transferable. Positive identification will be required at time of check-in. Trip Certificates and/or Air Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Void if altered. Travel must be roundtrip. Reservations must be made through Sponsor or its agent and tickets issued prior to departure. Booking and travel dates must fall into the range as specified. Delta Vacations® must issue all travel documentation. All passengers must travel on the same itinerary and must be booked through Delta Vacations®. Any unused portion of the Trip Certificates will not be refunded, and cannot be used towards another booking or another service component. Travel agent commission is not paid/earned on a free trip value, taxes, and fees. If booking exceeds Trip Certificate value of up to $2,300, recipient is responsible for any balance due and must be paid in full at time of booking. Hotel taxes, state and federal income taxes will apply and are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Checked luggage fees may apply, fees are charged each way, and are subject to change. Refer to delta.com for current rates. Changes to reservations, once made, are not permitted. A per ticket surcharge will apply for paper tickets issued in markets where electronic ticketing is available. Substitutions will not be allowed. Travel is subject to availability. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Delta Vacations® is the final authority on the interpretation of these travel booking terms and conditions and reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES: Three (3) First Prize winners will each receive a USD $100 Disney Store Bonus Shopping Card. Total ARV of all First Prizes: $300.
TWENTY (20) SECOND PRIZES: Twenty (20) Second Prize winners will each receive a USD $25 Disney Store Bonus Shopping Card. Total ARV of all Second Prizes: $500.
Disney Store Bonus Shopping Cards are redeemable online at www.disneystore.com or at participating Disney Store retail locations throughout the US. Disney Store Bonus Shopping Cards are subject to the terms and conditions available at http://www.disneyterms.com/home/d…ngcard.com. All Disney Store Bonus Shopping Cards are denominated in United States Dollars.
Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes: USD $4,800/ CAD $5,000.
