Prize: (1 winner) Two round-trip (economy class) airline tickets from the major commercial airport closest to the prize winner’s primary residence in the U.S. to Los Angeles; one standard hotel room (double-occupancy) for 3-nights at Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel with continental breakfast daily; two Spa experience for two at The Spa at the Beverly Wilshire; one Philip Lim dress to be chosen by Sponsor; one Kotur evening bag to be chosen by Sponsor; one piece of Irene Neuwrith jewelry chosen by Sponsor; one pair of Jimmy Choo shoes chosen by Sponsor; haircut and color from Serge Normant Salon for the winner. Approximate retail value of prize package: $8,150 depending on actual itinerary. Actual value may vary based on fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and distance between departure and destination. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed above. Ground transportation, meals in-room or other personal charges at the lodging (e.g. mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, travel insurance, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included and are the winner’s sole responsibility. Trip must be booked by April 6, 2009 and completed by December 31, 2009 and may be subject to certain other restrictions, including without limitation blackout dates and pending availability. Potential winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary as selected by Sponsors. All reservations are subject to availability with advance booking strongly recommended. Other restrictions may apply. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for roundtrip air travel.
