One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The winner will receive The FiOS Quantum Media Prize Pack. The prize pack consists of one (1) 16 GB Apple iPad, one (1) Microsoft XBOX 360, one (1) 42″ LCD Television by Panasonic and one (1) $100 Electronics Gift Card. Approximate retail value of the FiOS Quantum Media Pack prize is $1,400.00. One (1) First Prize will be awarded. The winner will receive one (1) 55″ Sony 3D TV. Approximate retail value of First Prize is $3,000.00. Three hundred (300) second prizes will be awarded. Winners receive one (1) custom FiOS medal with neck ribbon. Approximate retail value of each second prize is $17.00. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners are solely responsible for all costs associated with the receipt and use of the prizes. Total ARV is $9,500.
