only open to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are physically located and residing therein and who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry in the Sweepstakes and who have current contracts with either AT&T Wireless, Sprint Mobile or Verizon Wireless
PRIZES: GRAND (2): Each Grand Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a trip for two (2) (Winner and one guest) to Paris, France for travel between July 19-23, 2012 (“Trip”). Trip includes: Round-trip, business class airfare for two (2) (Winner and one guest) from a major airport near Winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Paris, France, 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), two (2) VIP Passes for the Saturday and Sunday Stages of the Tour de France to occur on 7/21/12 and 7/22/12, respectively, two (2) invitations to the RadioShack Nissan Trek cycling closing party with ground transportation to the closing party, a RadioShack Travel Pack, RadioShack Nissan Trek Cycling Team apparel, $400.00 for meals and transportation and $1,000.00 spending money. The Winner must travel between the dates specified above or the trip may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $10,600.00 each.
