Prize: (1 winner) Round-trip coach-class air transportation to Tampa, FL for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one eligible guest from a major airport of Sponsor’s choice near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a major airport near Tampa, FL of Sponsor’s choice. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation for ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 150-mile radius of Tampa, FL and no additional compensation will be provided. One ocean view cabin to be shared between Grand Prize Winner and his/her one eligible guest on board VH1 Best Cruise Ever. Cabins are nontransferable. Cabins are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Sponsor will pre-pay port taxes and ticketing fees. Admission for Grand Prize Winner and his/her one eligible guest to one headlining show each night on the Cruise. General admission for Grand Prize Winner and his/her one eligible guest to all other onboard Cruise concerts as well as all onboard meals, entrance to the Cruise ship’s casino and disco, use of Cruise ship’s pools and waterslides, and use of Cruise ship’s health and fitness center. Grand Prize Winner and his/her one guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents (e.g. valid government-issued photo ID, valid passport, etc.) any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes, as well as, any other fees/incidentals not included in the Grand Prize that become due with respect to any portion of the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to, ground transportation, off board meals, gratuities ($10 per person, per day will be added to all passengers’ onboard spending accounts without exception), any expenses incurred while in port, airport transfers, incidentals charged to the room, any of the following on board costs: gambling, spa and beauty services, the purchase of alcoholic or carbonated (soda) beverages, shore excursion, babysitting services, etc., all of which remain the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for all insurance with respect to the Grand Prize. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost or stolen prizes once they are awarded and shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. Carrier used will be at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and flights may include stopovers and/or connections. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with the Grand Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code-share flights may be used Grand Prize Winner and his/her one eligible guest must travel on same itinerary. In the event the potential Grand Prize Winner and his/her one guest cannot travel on the dates specified by Sponsor (tentatively April 15-19, 2010), the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner may be selected Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitution of prizes is permitted and prizes are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize with a prize of comparable value.
