Grand Prize Award (maximum 2 winners): Each grand prize winner will receive one (1) trip for the winner and one (1) guest, 21 years of age or older, to San Diego, CA, with a maximum approximate retail value (“ARV”) not to exceed $3,300 and shall include:
· Coach class airfare for winner and one (1) guest, from the Sponsor-designated nearest major metro airport to the winner’s residence as provided during registration to San Diego, CA (“SAN” airport);
o NOTE: If grand prize winner resides within 250-miles of the greater San Diego, CA metropolitan area, Sponsor reserves the right to provide one (1) $500 gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare. Gift card as solely designated and determined by Sponsor and subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the gift card provider policy.
· Two (2) nights in a Sponsor-designated standard double-occupancy hotel in the San Diego, CA metro area, subject to availability;
· VIP tour for the winner and one (1) guest, age 21 or older, for both the Stone Brewing Escondido brewery and the Liberty Station brewery;
o Tour dates and times are solely designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability.
· One (1) $500 gift card to the Stone Brewing Tap Room and Gift Shop.
o Gift card subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the gift card provider policy.
Travel dates are solely designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability and blackout dates. Each grand prize winner’s travel must conclude within 4-months of prize acceptance. Grand prize winners (and their guest) must agree to a video recording publicity release as a condition of grand prize acceptance.
First Prize Award (maximum 2 winners): Each first prize winner will receive one (1) Stone Brewing 30th Anniversary Prize Pack containing Sponsor designated merchandise items (i.e. shirt, hat, koozie, cooler, etc.). Each first prize award has an ARV not to exceed $500.
