Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 winner): The grand prize winner shall receive a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest age twenty-one (21) or older) to Barbados. Travel must occur within eight (8) months of prize acceptance during dates as solely designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability. Travel must be booked a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to initial date of travel. The grand prize trip has a maximum retail value not to exceed $11,500, and includes:
Round trip coach class airfare for winner and guest from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor-designated airport servicing Barbados.
Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor.
Three (3)-nights standard hotel accommodation (one (1) room, double occupancy) at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in the Barbados (based upon availability);
Arrival and departure dates as solely specified by Sponsor, based upon availability.
One (1) 18-hole round of golf for the winner and guest;
Golf course, date and tee time of golf round are as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, subject to availability.
One (1) VIP Mount Gay Rum distillery tour for winner and guest; and,
Tour and experience date and time based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor.
One (1) $500 gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider which is subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card provider policy, including any expiration.
First Prize Award (maximum 3 prize awards): Each eligible entrant designated as a first prize winner shall be awarded a Mount Gay Rum premium golf swag bag consisting of one (1) Mount Gay Rum branded golf bag, one (1) set of golf tools, and one (1) golf towel. Prize items are based upon availability and as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to substitute an alternate merchandise item(s) of approximate equal or greater value, based upon availability. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each first prize award: $280.
Second Prize Award (maximum 4 prize awards): Each eligible entrant designated as a second prize winner shall be awarded one (1) Mount Gay Rum golf bag and one (1) ball marker. Prize items are based upon availability and as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to substitute an alternate merchandise item(s) of approximate equal or greater value, based upon availability. ARV of each second prize award: $250. Total ARV of all available prize awards: $13,340
