ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “GP Winner”) will receive a seven (7) night Disney Cruise Line vacation for GP Winner and up to (3) eligible guests (each, a “Guest”) (collectively with the GP Winner, the “Attendees”) aboard the Disney Wonder (the “Vacation Package”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $16,959.12). The Vacation Package includes:
Round trip coach air transportation (with possible layovers) for the Attendees between the major United States gateway airport closest to GP Winner’s residence (the “Departure Airport”) and Vancouver International Airport in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada (the “Arrival Airport”); provided, however, if the GP Winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of Canada Place, Port of Vancouver, air transportation will not be provided (airport, airline carrier, and flights to be determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion);
·Standard hotel accommodations near the Arrival Airport (hotel selection at the discretion of Prize Provider) for one (1) night prior to the ship’s departure (single room/quad occupancy/room and tax only);
Ground transportation for the Attendees, or voucher(s) for local transportation, from the Arrival Airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the Embarkation Port, and from the Debarkation Port to the Arrival Airport (at the discretion of Prize Provider); provided, however, if GP Winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of Canada Place, Port of Vancouver, ground transportation will not be provided (ground transportation to be determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion);
·One (1) seven (7) night Disney Cruise Line Vacation (the “Cruise”) to be taken aboard the Disney Wonder for the Attendees, consisting of:
One (1) stateroom aboard the Disney Wonder (location/category at the discretion of Prize Provider) for the Attendees;
All meals onboard the Disney Wonder (excluding specialty and fine dining);
Pre-paid onboard gratuities for the stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server, and head server;
Taxes, fees, and port expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website).
TEN (10) DAILY PRIZES: Each Daily Prize Winner will receive:
A three hundred dollar ($300.00) Disney gift card (the “Promotional Card”) (ARV: $300.00).
The total ARV of all prize(s) is $19,959.12.
