three (3) guests (individually, “Guest”) (collectively, “Group”), consisting of
the following elements for the Group (“Trip”): [a] hotel accommodations
for four (4) consecutive nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort
or Disneyland® Resort, selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one (1)
room, quad occupancy); [b] four (4) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with
Park Hopper®
; [c] One (1) Welcome Basket in the hotel room upon arrival
(Winner only); [d] One (1) Disney Character Meet and Greet with photo
opportunity for Group; [e] Services of One (1) Disney VIP Tour Guide for
eight (8) hours on one (1) day; [f] a $500 Disney Gift Card; and [g] if
Grand Prize Winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from
the selected Disney Park, round-trip coach air transportation on a
Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major gateway
airport in the Territory near Winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a
Sponsor-selected destination city Airport (“Airport”) and Airport/Hotel
transfer voucher. The ARV of the Trip if the Winner selects Disneyland®
is
USD $7,628/ CAD $7,691.31 and the ARV of the Trip if the Winner
selects Walt Disney World®
is USD $11,699.52 / CAD $11,796.63.
The Trip must be taken between November 1, 2013 and November 1,
2014, and it must be booked at least 45 days prior to the intended travel
date (“Fulfillment Period”), unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion permits
shorter booking period. Travel and lodging are subject to availability,
restrictions, black-out dates, and Sponsor’s approval.
