PRIZE DETAILS, ODDS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS. Two (2) prizes are available to be
awarded, each consisting of two (2) tickets (for use by Winner and one (1) guest of Winner) to the US
Men’s National Team game scheduled to occur on October 10, 2025 at Q2 Stadium (10414 Mc Kalla Pl,
Austin, TX 78758) (the “Game”). If the Winner lives outside a 150-mile radius of Q2 Stadium, the
following additional prizes will also be awarded to the Winner (collectively, the “Additional Prizes”): roundtrip (main cabin) coach air transportation (from a major airport servicing American Airlines nearest the
Winner’s home) (for Winner and Winner’s one (1) guest); standard, double-occupancy hotel

accommodations (not to exceed one (1) room) for two (2) nights at a hotel determined by Sponsor in
Sponsor’s sole discretion; and $200.00 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to
Winner). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $100.00 if the winner lives within 150 miles of Q2 Stadium,
or $2,200.00 if the Additional Prizes are awarded. ARV is dependent upon (a) whether the Additional
Prizes are awarded and, if so awarded, (b) the city/date/time of departure of all necessary flights. All
ground transportation, parking, upgrades, meals, gratuities, luggage fees, and all other expenses
not specified herein are solely the Winner’s responsibility. See below for “Prize Conditions for
attending the Game” and “Prize Conditions for Trip”, as applicable. For clarity: If the Winner lives within a
150-mile radius of Q2 Stadium, the Winner will not receive any of the Additional Prizes. The Winner’s
address used to determine which prize will be awarded will be the address used for entry which must
match Winner’s address at the time he or she is verified as the official Winner, as determined by the
Administrator in its sole discretion.
Total ARV of all prizes is up to $4,400.00.
