PRIZE: There will be two (2) Prizes awarded; one (1) Prize will be awarded to each Winner. Each Prize will consist of the following:

2) one (1) Gaming Console (Xbox or PS3);
3) one (1) Defiance Game (Xbox or PS3);
4) one (1) Defiance Season Pass Subscription;
5) one (1) Season Pass for iTunes; and
6) one (1) Membership into XBox Live and PlayStation Live.
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize is one thousand four hundred and ten dollars ($1,410). Total ERV of all Prizes is two thousand eight hundred and twenty dollars ($2,820).
