On or about each Drawing Date/Time (as detailed in the chart above), Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received for the applicable drawing during a premier broadcast of NBC’s “The Winner Is” program. Non-winning entries will not be included in any subsequent Entry Period drawings. The potential winners will be notified by phone at the number provided upon registration. If a potential winner does not answer the phone within four (4) rings, he/she will be disqualified. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Administrator will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Up to twenty (20) alternate winners may be selected, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
FOURTEEN (14) PRIZES: There will be fourteen (14) prizes awarded; one (1) prize will be awarded to each winner. Each prize will consist of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner.
Limit: One (1) prize per person. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000). The ARV of all prizes is one hundred and forty thousand dollars ($140,000).
